Jen Cody was awarded the Legacy Robe twice for her work on Broadway in Urinetown the Musical and Shrek.
She created Guidelines for Dance Captains on the Equity Portal to teach and guide new dance captains
Jen has served as a Councillor for over 10 years and was the 2nd National Vice President for 4. She has served on 5 negotiating committees, chaired the Advisory Committee on Chorus Affairs and the Eastern Liaison Committee.
Jen created a seminar for the Actor's Equity Foundation entitled "Adding Tools to your Toolbelt"
Jen Cody volunteers each year for the Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids Flea Market.
